- On shutting down Lucid (Final release candidate) on my Acer Aspire One,
- it seems to exit rather abruptly, and the hard drive gives a 'popping'
- sound, as if the machine had just been turned off without properly
- shutting down. I'm a little concerned about what this might eventually
