[Bug 526199] [NEW] cheese still brakes other webcam aps and gstreamer and the colors are backwards

if i open cheese
wxcam, ekigi softphone,gstreamer,flash player all stop working
i use the old v4l1 for a NON uvc cam the new v4l2 is working
i am on 2.6.31-19-generic karmic 910
i can change all the settings with cheese
but not in any other program totem movie player, wxcam,ekigi
now i do not think this part has to do with cheese bambi has the colors set at grb
i need the rgb for the old non uvc cam
hope you can pick this a part an send it to the ones that need to see it
