[Bug 573687] [NEW] System hangs in the beginning of kubuntu live-cd session

When booting kubuntu-10.04-desktop-i386.iso or kubuntu-10.04-desktop-
amd64.iso live-cd I see the boot splash screen, then the screen which
shows me some hard drive icon.. and nothing happens. Clicking anywhere
on the screen causes it to go black and hangs the system (Caps Lock, Num
Lock don`t respond). Probably some trouble with ATI video driver.

When doing the same with kubuntu-9.10-desktop-i386.iso the screen goes
black as well, but in a second the desktop shows up.
