[Bug 574596] [NEW] kernel panic related to password

Public bug reported:

Happens inconsistently on boot up.  Boots up successfully about 30% of
the time.  Also happens about every 10 mins. when using internet.  Error
message: getpwid_r: failed due to unknown user id is always returned.

Was running 9.04 with all updates previously and had no problems.
