[Bug 574779] [NEW] Not calling mkinitramfs at post-install

Binary package hint: kernel-package

The linux-image created by the
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/GitKernelBuild procedure does not
call mkinitramfs in post-install.

Workaround is to call manually

update-initramfs -c -k 2.6.34-rc5
update-grub

I opted not to use any addendum to the package's name (not even
-custom).

Tested with Lucid 10.04 LTS.
