I have tried 3 versions:

 1. r8168 driver 8.018.00 (Realtek)
 2. r8169 from kernel 2.6.31 (ubuntu 9.10)
 3. r8169 from kernel 2.6.34 rc6 (kernel.org)

But all failed.

Can anybody save me?
