Dell Latitude D810, M24 1P [Radeon Mobility X600] running 2.6.32-22
-generic-pae #33-Ubuntu SMP, modeset=0 fixes the flicker @ 1680x1050
however the load/login screens still flicker and are not at the correct
resolutions.

All screen resolutions below 1680x1050 still flicker.
