Background:
I am using a Dell Vostro 1700.
Started months ago using dual both, windows and Karmic Koala. Worked great all time, no bugs, no issues.
I use an USB wireless mouse and in both operating systems I have the mouse configuration set to left handed, and when this configuration was changed to left handed (because default is right handed) the touchpad stays right handed, which is actually very useful for me.
So when not using the USB mouse, I use the touchpad and is righthanded, when using the USB mouse this is lefthanded.

The problem:
Few days ago I upgraded to Lucid Lynx, the feature previously described is not here any more, when changed my mouse configuration to left handed, the touchpad also changed to lefthanded, which now presents problems for me. Windows is still working as before, mouse lefthanded touchpad righthanded

The question:
Don't know if the bug before was exactly what I describe as a useful function, please apologize if this is the case.
