it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper

Please run "apport-collect 572473" (without the quotes) from a terminal
window to upload the necessary logs to help debug this issue.

Please also provide the exact model of the onboard intel graphics card
in this laptop. You can find this information by running the command
"lspci | grep VGA" (without the quotes) in a terminal window. If this
laptop has an "Intel Corporation 82852/855GM", this bug report is most
likely a duplicate of bug #566379.

When reporting bugs in the future please use apport, either via the
appropriate application's "Help -> Report a Problem" menu or using
'ubuntu-bug' and the name of the package affected.  You can learn more
