same proble here, get disconnected too often.
running 2.6.32-22-generic, kubuntu 10.04 LTS.
run on a T60 (Network controller: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 3945ABG [Golan] Network Connection (rev 02))

Had Debian on it before, just install Kubuntu to check it out, but will
soon be back to the root (debian) it nothing is fixed. Never had this
problem before.

It's BAD!
