Steps to reproduce:
- Boot with kernel 2.6.32-22

Workaround:
- Boot with kernel 2.6.32-21 or lower

fstab entry for root:
/dev/mapper/vg0-root  /  ext4  noatime,errors=remount-ro  0  1

Symptoms are similar to bug #360378, except for 2 differences:
- This bug only occurs with kernel 2.6.32-22
- It's always reproducible
