Although I have a Compaq 6820s with ATI Mobility Radeon X1350 this Fix does not fixed my problem of screen-noise.
I have also reinstalled the xserver-xorg-video-ati and rebooted a couple of times, it still doesn't display right.
I'm asking for help!
