I posted with apport-collect some logs about this problem that I am
experiencing at every boot with ubuntu 10.04 (in the past using the
2.6.28 kernel this bug was not present).

I think that the most useful information may be found inside dmesg and I
wold like to share with you also this other pice of dmesg that I
odtained with exactly the same configuration, but is showing up only
sometimes (I mean that this is not always reproducible and I don't know
why it happen only sometimes):
