My computer have fresh installation of 10.04 LTS with built-in nVidia motherboard.
Then i install nVidia card driver and everything work fine until there is new kernel update. I update to new kernel and reboot. There is no problem but the next morning, it cannot login normally. I have to start Gnome using startx after login on tty1 console.

After some googling with try and error, i found 2 solutions.
Solution 1 (ugly): Remove the nVidia driver and reboot (don't install nVidia driver again).
Solution 2 (longer): use the guide line in
 http://news.softpedia.com/news/How-to-Fix-the-Big-and-Ugly-Plymouth-Logo-in-Ubuntu-10-04-140810.shtml

It work for me. I think the problem is for Plymouth in Ubuntu to detect
graphic driver and use correct commands.
