Tried with the 10.04 desktop AMD64 version. EHCI did not work either on
the D945GCLF2 board.

Lucid is running fine on two other computers (A Dell D420 w. Intel Core
Duo and 945GMS and a desktop with AMD Athlon X2 and RS780G)
