Sadly often true.  I'm told this may be the major focus for later in

The usual thing is to change the description.  There is a different bug
asking for ways for packagers to display more messages later.
Unfortunately some users won't read them before talking.

Doing this as an opt-in mode for upstreams would be interesting.  There
are some other things like code reviews where we do at least highlight
comments by well-known users.
