We just hit this, in the form of:

   CPU#1 stuck for 66s!

in dmesg. What's interesting is that the host pygtk virt-manager's "CPU
graph" freezes (along with the rest of the UI). Not sure if it's the
same bug, but it was a brand new lucid-server install as guest in a
brand new lucid-server as host; I'd just finally gotten to the point
where SSH was up in the guest, tried to do `apt-get update`, and it
froze... and recovered, eventually, sometimes...
