Is the touchpad working all the time (but not as expected), or actually
stopping working completely during use?

To provide more information, enter this into your terminal/console:
dmesg > ~/dmesg

and then attached the produced file (should appear in home folder) to
the bug report.

This should help the experts understand the bug in greater detail.
