When I upgrade, for example, the kernel rfkill list output me 
Soft Blocked No
Hard Blocked Yes 
and the wifi doesn't work.
After, if I reboot, rfkill list doesn't output me anything. The Wifi card work but if I press the wifi key the connection is interrupted and after it reconnect again, but the wifi is not disactivated! The connection jumps only!
