So, as requested, we now have another bug with the exact same symptoms :https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/577916
Since the reports of Hélio Nunes, JJA, beefstu  and Benjamin Halbrock came after the "fix released" I guess they should be considered as part of the new bug.
