[Bug 581771] [NEW] omap3 dss2 touchbook patch missing in lucid kernel

Public bug reported:

trying to boot a lucid omap3 image on a touchbook results in the
following boot output:

[  105.389404] omapfb omapfb: no displays
[  105.393249] omapfb omapfb: failed to setup omapfb
[  105.397979] omapfb: probe of omapfb failed with error -22

apparently support for the touchbook is missing in our DSS2 patchset
