If that can help : each time i want to shutdown, there are those following line in /var/log/messages
...

...
then it start again with :
May 14 11:59:46 denis-desktop kernel: imklog 4.2.0, log source = /proc/kmsg started.
...
at the end of log :
May 14 11:59:50 denis-desktop kernel: [   22.446392] apm: disabled - APM is not SMP safe
