Happy to so, but like I said up-thread I'm new at this so will need some additional degree of hand-holding.
Questions: 
1. I assume you would like the new bug report to point back at this one; what is the formal way of doing so?
2. I see in this report a whole collection of logs and diagnostic output; is there a list of what I should collect, and how to do so?
