[Bug 582350] [NEW] Please change CONFIG_SND_HDA_INPUT_BEEP_MODE to 0

Public bug reported:

As discussed in the kernel configuration review session at UDS-M, we
should alter the default CONFIG_SND_HDA_INPUT_BEEP_MODE value to be 0
(disabled by default) so that "annoying beeps go away". Note that this
value is runtime configurable via sysfs, so there is negligible impact
for a11y context (assuming that the a11y bits to toggle it are in
place).
