@Alex: thanks for adding my machine to the patch... I have tried to use
current upstream kernel (both 2.6.34-020634rc7 and current daily build)
with added grub parameter acpi_sleep=sci_force_enable, but both of them
with no success, the problem with second wakeup still remains.... I will
wait for next Lucid kernel release and report the state, thanks ...
