If it appears to have the same cause (in this case, ext4 access or
perhaps disk access in general), then follow that bug. If it appears to
be triggered by something else, file a new bug.

If in doubt, file a new bug. It can always be marked as a duplicate
later if after investigation it's revealed to be the same issue.
