[Bug 584922] [NEW] regression: oops when plugging in usb irda receiver

After plugging in a technotrend usb irda receiver which utilizes the lirc_ttusbir kernel module, the kernel oppses.
I'm not seeing this with the 2.6.32 Karmic kernel.

Please find manually attached files. 
Ubuntu-bug does not end after the oops.
