Hi Jeremy,
unfortunately I'm in Greece for work and I cannot try your suggestion.
But I can say that from the upgrade to the stable release 10.04 I got a
notebook wich works fine. I haven'y yet enough time to test it deepely bat I
hadn't any other crush.
I'm really newbie in linux so I will try to understand exactly what you
wanna know as soon as I came back to home.
