2.6.34-020634rc7-generic (latest 2.6.34 from the Ubuntu kernel team). I
observe:

- after cold boot: kapcid at ~100% cpu.
- after resume: kapcid at ~100% cpu.

Will try those 2 scenarios with an earlier 2.6.33...
