[Bug 585921] [NEW] Update Lucid alsa LBM to latest release (1.0.23) from alsa-project.org

SRU Justification

Impact: The release schedule / process for alsa-project.org is similar
to the Ubuntu development process. Patches are applied to a single
repository which is periodically submitted for inclusion in the upstream
linux kernel as well as provided as a standalone package for users that
wish to have the latest bug fixes and hardware enablement for their
system.

Test Case: It is difficult to know exactly how much testing this
recieves though most if not all of the changes in this release have gone
upstream for inclusion in the main linux kernel.
