[Bug 586386] [NEW] omap3 kernel should hand over all comdline args to the init environment

Public bug reported:

in maverick we plan to have an upstart job that automatically spawns a
getty if a console= argument for a serial console is set on the kernel
cmdline. to do that properly init needs to have this argument available
so we dont need to do racy parsing of /proc/cmdline.

apparently there is already a patch available that implements the
CONFIG_INIT_PASS_ALL_PARAMS but its not applied to all maverick tres and
has not seen the final testing yet. once this is available in an omap3
binary, please close this bug.
