Robert,
    My decision is a result of the failure to provide the information requested in comment #20. Please review that comment and provide the necessary testing. I am completely willing to take this to the Engineers for the Ubuntu Kernel. I am not, however, willing to do so unless all information I have requested is present in the bug.
