[Bug 264864] Re: sound records at wrong speed with USB webcam

This bug is still present in Ubuntu Lucid Lynx. 
I decided to wipe out Ubuntu and try with Fedora. Same bug is present in Fedora 13.
Workaround in comment #6 does the job, at least for a while, until you reboot your computer.
