I just walked through something very like this today -- your videodev / v4l and your device driver are out of synch. do this:
sudo rm -rf /lib/modules/`uname -r`/empia
sudo mv /lib/modules/`uname -r`/kernel/drivers/media Código/media_backup
sudo apt-get --reinstall install  linux-image-2.6.32-21-powerpc64-smp

-- em28xx-dvb is not loading for me so it's not a full solution. at
least your em28xx will load after this though
