[Bug 587455] [NEW] Toshiba Satellite P200-1EE hangs on suspend

About 30-40% of the time, when telling Ubuntu to suspend either by
closing the laptop lid or clicking on 'Suspend' in the power menu on the
top panel, Ubuntu will freeze with a black screen with a white flashing
cursor. When this happens, the keyboard doesn't respond and the only
thing I can do is power off using the power button.

Looking at /var/log/messages, it seems that Ubuntu does suspend (S3
sleep) but then immediately tries to wake again (see attached).
