I just purchased a hp dv6-2190us and loaded the latest ubuntu today
(Lucid).  I also dist-upgraded to make sure i was running the latest
kernel.  My laptop contains an i7 720qm, and turbo boost does not work
at all.  I don't see how this bug is fixed at least for my laptop.
