[Bug 657814] [NEW] CD locks up with error: No configuration file found

Public bug reported:

When inserting Ubuntu 10.10 i386 iso, CD locks up and displays the
following:

ISOLINUX 4.01 debian-20100714 ETCD Copyriht (C) 1994-2010 H. Peter Anvin et al
EDD: Error 0100 reading sector 73
ERROR: No configuration found

Note: Verified CDROM drive is working properly by placing Ubuntu 10.04 &
9.04 Desktop CDs. Verified CD writing by creating new Ubuntu 10.04
Desktop i386 CD and running it successfully
