Well it looks like this issue has been resolved in compat wireless
2010-09-12 https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15313 . Now my
next question is can we get this merged in the ubuntu compat wireless
package? also i tried some newer versions of compat wireless ( last one
i tested was 2010-10-11) and they also fixed the issue but i ended up
with random kernel panics.
