I haven't seen this issue since upgrading to Linux hfw1

GNU/Linux. Ill keep an eye on it and report back it if happens again.

I tried uploading the crash report, however this system does not run X
windows, and for some reason lynx is unable to complete the process of
uploading correctly. Somewhere in the process the referrer header goes
missing and launchpad errors out.
