[Bug 662475] [NEW] does not boot from USB (10.4 did)

Public bug reported:

I use a Sony VAIO X and had no problem booting from an USB, installing
and running 10.4 desktop i386.

I have tried every alpha, beta RC for 10.10 with 4 different usb creator
unsuccessfully.

With the release version i386 desktop everything works until Busybox issues:

Could not find the ISO /ubuntu-10.10-desktop-i386.iso
This couls also happen if the file system is not clean ... "

The last operation before was successful detection of the Samsung SDD HD
and the existing partitions.
