Everything should be done except the "Removable disks" page.

One small note: the ~/Pictures directoy was not forced by putting the
setting in the light-config package, but instead by making shotwell
retrieve it at runtime by using
g_get_user_special_dir(G_USER_DIRECTORY_PICTURES), which will get the
properly localized directory according to XDG spec and should therefore
work regardless of the user's language.

Regarding the "Removable disks" feature: since from what i've seen so
far requires a non-trivial amount of work, it's perhaps better to close
off this bug and open a new one to track it independently.
