Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make            
Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, we cannot work on this bug because it             
seems that the config file /etc/default/console-setup is broken, see
belows warning from update-initramfs, please see what's in this file
and try to restore it:

.: 17: Can't open /etc/default/console-setup

** Changed in: initramfs-tools (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid
