[Bug 666130] [NEW] Ubuntu can't recognize my flash disk

Public bug reported:

My flash disk has three partitions (In Windows, they display as CD-ROM +
hard disk + removable disk).

But my Ubuntu 10.10 can't recognize it. When I try to type `sudo lsusb` in terminal, it freeze and output nothing, I remove the disk, all informations output immediately.
Then I switch to Fedora 13 and Debian sid, they both have this issue too.

My device is a Kingston DataTraveler G2 8GB.
