[Bug 666372] [NEW] kwin effects cannot be started after turning off

Hi, I use HP 6735s laptop and installed fglrx drivers to use kwin effects in KDE, but if I turn them off, open some 3D apps, close them and try to turn kwin effects on, they cannot be started, just black screen, so I have to turn off them again to use ubuntu.
