After using Ubuntu 9.10 for 15 minutes, I was so sleepy that I placed my Laptop on the floor, so I could
take a quick Power Nap. After about 50 minutes I woke up, but by screen was black and after touching
the Synaptics pad, it changed to bright white. No keystrokes would make anything happen. CNTRL-ALT-BACKSPACE,
CNTR-ALT-DEL, or the Power Button wouldn't do a thing. I had to unplug the Power Cord, and remove the
Battery to let it die. Then re-power up and everything seems fine. This was the first time that my system
had been idle for more than 30 minutes. No power management changes have been made since the original
Ubuntu install. Ideas?

Thanks.
