[Bug 629953] [NEW] fan not active after sleep/hibernate

I will close that bug when I test hibernate - sleep works with the latest Debian kernel version - 2.6.32-5-amd64.
As Ubuntu is using a later version I conclude that this is a regression, although I didn't try this on Ubuntu before.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Sleep (I used the shutdown plasma widget and selected sleep from the shutdown pop-up menu)
2. Resume

Before sleeping I could hear the fan running (quietly).
After resume the fan was off (I checked by running a CPU-intensive task) and the battery status plasma-widget shows a red "x" in
a white circle. The touchpad also didn't circular-scroll as it did before sleep.

I just heard the fan kick-in at full blast - I assume it's some sort of emergency function - it's not the ramped speed increase from
idle that it usually has.
