[Bug 393285] [NEW] Keyboard LEDs are improperly lit when resuming from suspend.

Every time my computer resumes from standby, my Scroll Lock LED is lit.

To remove the lit LED I have to hit a key that toggles another LED, such as Caps Lock.
I suppose hitting Scroll Lock would work, but my Scroll Lock key doesn't work - anytime.
