[Bug 570604] Re: resume after suspend on HP EliteBook 8440p

2.6.35-20.29 kernel from Ubuntu Kernel PPA (or Maverick daily live CD)
fixes suspend/resume for me, but breaks configuring monitors with xrandr
or gnome-display-properties. After applying changes display flickers and
only the pointer is visible. External LCD display reports "out-of-range"
error. Switching to tty1 and back helps sometimes, sometimes don't.
