Public bug reported:

I have a problem with my thinkpad X100e. I have 2 Access Points with
the same ssid and since I updated to maverick I can`t connect any
longer. i`m not sure if it stopped working directly after update or i
came with a kernel update. It works well with the parallel installed
lucid. As you can see in the syslog, it is flapping between the two
Access Points

Steps to reproduce:

1. boot into maverick
2. login
3. try to connect to my wlan with network-manager applet
