I'm having a major issue with the atheros AR928X series on the latest
ubuntu maverick builds, my laptop switch refuses to mark as on and
wether it be on KDE or Gnome, the network manager greys out.

nothing works.. and I have no idea what to do...

custom kernels dont work, mainstream kernels don't work...

Note: lucid Lynx worked perfectly - lspci lists the atheros module
(ath9k) as loaded and running...

I am running on amd64 build.
